Kris Minter

I help real estate agents operate like modern media companies.

I'm the Founder & CEO at Avenue 510.

Agents are expected to win listings with more than a CMA now. They have to show a seller how a property is going to be marketed before anyone signs anything.

Avenue 510 turns every listing into polished marketing, seller facing presentation assets, and weeks of content, all through one connected workflow. That is really the whole idea. An agent should be able to show up prepared and consistent around every listing they take, without hiring a crew to do it.

Every listing deserves an advantage.

How I got here

  1. Indiana University Bloomington

  2. 2010 to 2013

    Corporate America

After I graduated I went to work in corporate America. That lasted about three and a half years.

  3. A thirty two unit apartment building

This was my first time doing anything in real estate, and I bought the whole building. Within six months I rehabbed it, grew the tenant count, and flipped it to a Singaporean investor. That paid off my student debt and let me pursue entrepreneurship full time.

  4. The China Brokers

Later that same year I relocated to Shanghai, and then to Guangzhou, where I lived and picked up a lot of the language and the culture.

I started a supply chain management firm and ran it for more than a decade. We handled overseas manufacturing for our clients, so I spent my days on factory sourcing, production, quality control, and getting product where it needed to go.

Over the life of the business we exceeded $15 million in total cost of goods manufactured. I learned more about running a business here than anywhere else.

  5. Avenue 510, the studio

I started Avenue 510 in Oakland, California as a photography and video company. We worked with individuals and small businesses, and with bigger companies like Google, Adobe, and Warby Parker.

Real estate was a significant part of the business, and I was shooting listings regularly.

  6. Web3

I started angel investing in blockchain projects and advising some of the teams building them.

  7. Viral Mamba

Before I left the Bay Area I started Viral Mamba, a full service digital marketing agency. We started out working with established ecommerce brands and eventually pivoted to local businesses across a lot of different industries. That is where I learned the distribution side of things.

We built our own client acquisition software, called AestheticFlow, and used it to scale over two dozen med spas past a $1M run rate. We exited AestheticFlow in mid 2026.

  8. Avenue 510, the tech startup

Avenue 510 came back, this time as software. Same name and the same problem, but instead of me showing up to shoot a listing, an agent can put the entire marketing package together on their own.

We are fully bootstrapped. There is no outside money in the company, so there is no outside pressure on what we build, what we charge, or how quickly we ship. The only people we answer to are the agents using it.
